The Estonian national basketball team won a repeat march against Bulgaria on Sunday in Tallinn, securing a place in the 2015 European Championships final tournament in Ukraine, LETA/Public Broadcasting reports.
Estonia had lost the first game against Bulgaria abroad but took the lead from the start on Sunday in Tallinn and won the game with 61:49. The two games combined score was 116:107 in Estonia's favor.
The Estonian national basketball team has participated in the European Championships final tournament in 1993 and 2001 and thus the 2015 tournament will be the third, Postimees adds.
