Baltic Blue Energy, a company owned by oil and logistics businessman Enderl Siff, plans to build an offshore wind farm between the two islands, writes Saarte Hääl.
The farm would have a total of 388 wind generators and have a total capacity of 2,716 MW, according to the application filed to the Ministry of Economic Affairs.
It would make it one ot the largest in the world.
