The Viru Centre in central Tallinn, one of the three biggest shopping centres in Estonia's capital Tallinn, increased its turnover by 6.3% to 124.8 million euros in 2012, LETA/Delfi reports.
Viru Centre forecasts a growth of 4-5% for this year. The number of visitors and purchases in the centre remained unchanged in 2012 but the average purchase sum grew by 7.1% in a year.
Nearly 11 million people visited Viru Centre, who made 9.2 million purchases and the average purchase sum was 13.5 euros. Viru Centre board member Ants Vasar said that the results were in line with forecasts.
