The annual Black Nights Film Festival has opened in Estonia’s capital Tallinn.
The festival which features films from the northern and Baltic countries is the largest in the region.
According to the forum’s press secretary Olga Grigorieva, Russia is presenting a large number of productions, including Treason by Kirill Serebrennikov, The Daughter by Alexander Kasatkin, I Also Want to by Alexei Balabanov, Home by Oleg Pogodin, and the comedy Kokoko by Avdotya Smirnova.
Twenty films have been selected for the competition program out of the 270 presented.
The festival will last until November 28th
