Tallinn Song Festival Grounds charged EEK 400,000 for holding night-time song festival

SA Tallinn Song Festival Grounds charged for holding a night-time song festival “Time to Notice” EEK 400,000.

Estonian Minister of Culture Laine Jänes said at the press conference that the spent EEK 3.58 mln is definitely not a large sum, especially when considering that the last year’s Youth Song Festival needed EEK 21 mln, Päevaleht Online writes.

Most of the money was spent on technique which cost over EEK 2 mln. Rent of the Song Festival Grounds and security services both cost EEK 400,000.

The event was free of charge for visitors.
