Budget cuts – at whose expense ?

In the light of recent zero growth figures, it will not be long before the Estonian government needs to draft a new budget cut.

Billions saved with the previous budget cut may not be enough. Help the government and tell them how Estonians should tighten their collective belt.

Or should the state prop up its revenues by introducing new taxes ?
