LONDON - Estonian lender Mobile Credit Baltic said on Monday it plans to float on AIM, London's junior stock exchange, in December to raise 5 million pounds ($9.4 million).
The company, which operates under the brand name Credit24, provides credit to borrowers in Estonia and Finland and said it hoped to expand into Latvia and Lithuania.
"Our operating region is one of considerable opportunity, with an under-developed market and strong long-term growth prospects," Chief Executive Rami Ryhänen said in a statement.
