We have an apartment for sale in Pärnu. It was my mother's apartment so it was not used but a couple of months. It is in a building of 6 other apartments, about 1 block from Pärnu beach. It is a perfect location. Walking distance to just about everything (I know I walked everywhere when I was there in 2004).
It is a 2 bedroom apartment, one bathroom, balcony, sauna, washer/dryer, and dishwasher in the apartment. It was built in 2004 everything is brand new in the apartment. Could be purchased with the furniture.
