Danpower Eesti AS, a subsidiary of German company Danpower GmbH, plans to open a call center serving customers in Germany in German language, writes Äripäev.
The call centre will have 25 jobs and is located in Võru in South Estonia.
Danpower Eesti is a municipal heating company formerly known as Võru Soojus that Danpower GmbH acquired last year from the city of Võru. The company employs 29 people.
It will provide customer service on behalf of utility services companies in Germany by telephone and e-mail, informing customers in Germany about prices, products and bills.
The first client of the Danpower Eesti call center is Stadtwerke Hannover AG (enercity) that provides electricity, gas, remote heating and water services in Hannover and surrounding areas.
