The total number of people catching flights to Tallinn with Estonian Air in the first eight months of the year was up 76% compared to the same period in 2011. In August alone, the carrier transported 87,963 passengers on all regular services, while connections to Estonia's capital city saw a 66% year-on-year increase in traffic.
The regularity of the airline's operations was 98.9% and its 15-minute punctuality rate was 83.6% in the first eight months of 2012, increasing to 99.4% and 86.4% respectively for August. British travellers can head to Tallinn from London Gatwick with Estonian Air to visit attractions such as the medieval Old Town, the 14th century Town Hall and the Alexander Nevsky cathedral.
