The Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation invites you to remembrance ceremony to
commemorate the victims of Soviet communist and Nazi regimes, on the anniversary of the
1939 signing of the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact, which divided Europe between the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany (International Black Ribbon Day).

The event will take place on Thursday, August 23, 2012, at 12:00 noon
at the Victims of Communism Memorial in Washington, DC,
located at the intersection of Massachusetts Ave., NW, New Jersey Ave., NW, and G Street, NW
(two blocks from Union Station and within view of the U.S. Capitol).
