Please join us for a discussion with Ambassador Marina Kaljurand, Ambassador of the Republic of Estonia to the United States. The discussion will focus on the recent CSIS report entitled "Russian Soft Power in the 21st Century: An Examination of Russian Compatriot Policy in Estonia," written by Heather Conley and Dr. Theodore Gerber. As the former Estonian Ambassador to Moscow from 2005 to 2008, Ambassador Kaljurand will share her thoughts and insights on the impact of Russian soft power in Estonia.
