FOUR starving “Mowgli children” have been taken into care after social workers said they were brought up like dogs by their alcoholic parents.
The girl and three boys ate from the same bowl as pets, barked at strangers and relieved themselves in the corner of their filthy flat in Estonia.
Officials say the “weak and undernourished” feral children, aged between one and six, did not know what toys were and could not use cutlery to eat.
