Working with pride in the kitchen

Restaurant-Estonia TALLINN - The restaurants in Tallinn are working hard in order to find the best ways to achieve better results for 2011. There are both objective and personal issues in how to measure the quality of a good restaurant in Tallinn.

One of the main organizations involved in the restaurant business in Estonia is the Estonian Hotel and Restaurant Association, established in 1992. Standards of quality are under its control, as well as news and statistical reports showing the industry in numbers.
