Kallis Kanada eesti ühiskonna toetaja,

Eesti Sihtkapital Kanadas (ESK) palub Teie arvamust Kanada eesti ühiskonna tuleviku kohta järgmiseks 10 aastaks. Teie vastused on väga olulised! Vastates küsimustele saate kujundada Kanada eesti ühiskonna arengusuunda aastani 2020.

Küsimustikus on 23 küsimust ja selle täitmiseks kulub maksimaalselt 10 minutit. Vastamine on anonüümne. Küsitluste tulemused on aluseks arutlusele suurel rahvakoosolekul.
Rahvakoosolek toimub 31 mail 2011a, algusega kell 18.30 Toronto Eesti Majas ESK juhtimisel.

Dear supporter of the Estonian community,

The Estonian Foundation of Canada (EFC) kindly asks for your help in shaping the future of the Estonian community in Canada over the next 10 years. Your opinion is very important to us! By participating in our survey, you can help determine a direction for the Estonian community in Canada to 2020.

There are 23 questions in this questionnaire. It takes a maximum of 10 minutes to fill out the survey. Your answers are anonymous. The results of this survey will inform the discussions at the EFC Community Summit which will be held at the Estonian House on May 31, 2011. The Summit will begin at 6:30pm.

Please fill out the survey before May 2, 2011.
