The Kopernik Society is collecting packages for delivery to friends and relatives in Poland, Byelorussia, the Czech Republic, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moscow, Slovakia, St. Petersburg and Ukraine.
Packages will be accepted from 4 to 6:30 p.m. Oct. 27 at the Polish Community Center, 347 Prospect St., Binghamton. The minimum weight to all countries is 20 pounds and the maximum weight is 50 pounds. Loose clothing won’t be accepted.
