A voter who 15 days before the election has not received a polling card, or whose polling data has errors, may fill an application with the municipality or city.

The rural municipality or city electoral committee may withdraw the registrations of candidates, or register others.

The Ministry of Interior is helding an electronic transfer to the National Electoral lists of voters.
08.10. - 14.10.2009 - 10 to 4 day before elections
Electronic voting begins on October 8th at 9.00 am and lasts around the clock until the end of the 14th of October at 20.00

Ministry of Internal Affairs division committees organize electoral lists for service.
no later than 05.10. - 11.10. 2009 - the latest polls before the start of the week before the elections
The county electoral committee shall publish details of the polling stations in the county.
11.10 2009 at the latest - at the latest 1 week before the start of the voting
The rural municipality and city governments will give polling data of the parish/city.
12:10 .- 14.10. 2009 - 6. to 4 days before the elections
Advance voting will take place in all polling stations, 12.00 - 20.00. There will also be voting outside the polling place of residence, including the location of the voter, and in prison.

Electoral ballot envelopes forwarded to the counties.
17.10. 2009 - no later than the day before elections
Ballot envelopes forwarded to division committees.
18.10. 2009 - elections day
Voting will take place at 9.00 - 20.00. Voting will take place at home for those who are not able to get to polling stations.
