Why Paris Rocks — And Tartu Doesn’t !

Damn! The Tartu restaurant scene has a lot of blood on the floor these days. Rasputin is closed. Wilde is closed. Rumors are that more will follow. So — why are we in dire straits?

Well, take a look at why Paris rocks when it comes to food. There is a commitment to product and service (taste and style) that we need to learn from .  It’s not just the place. It’ s all about the people.
