During the next six months the individuals will also have an opportunity to look data concerning themselves on criminal and misdemeanour proceedings and it will also be possible to participate digitally in the relevant proceedings. Next year electronic judicial records system will also be adopted in the civil and administrative court proceedings.
In the coming years more functions will be added to the electronic judicial records system which will make it possible carry out execution proceedings over the internet, for example, turn to a bailiff with a claim.
The principal function of digital judicial records system is to exchange main data on proceedings between different investigative authorities so that information will not have to be entered several times by different authorities into the information system.
