Eh ... Is this really what foreigners think of us, Tallinners ... ?
We´d better do something rather fast to change this image ....
"Tallinn, as you appreciate, is great in old town ways but the main images I have remain as poverty and crime and cheap tourist gimmiks. Shame."

I think I attempt to put Zola right:
I didn’t see an serious poverty or crime. I have been many times and such concerns are not prevalent. However my mother went to Budapest last year and said that number of people living on the streets was incredible.
I don’t think that Tallinn is particularly troubled by vagrancy and crime.
Do you think Tallinn has problems with crime and people pn the streets,
