*President Rüütel today at Kadriorg signed a resolution to promulgate the Old-Age Pensions under Favourable Conditions Act and Superannuated Pensions Act Amendment Act, passed by the Riigikogu on June 15, 2005 ; the Act on Amendments to § 23 of the Surplus Stocks Charges Act ; the Universities Act and Institutions of Professional Higher Education Act Amendment Act ; the Railways Act and State Fees Act Amendment Act ; the Social Welfare Act and Other Acts Arising Therefrom Amendment Act, passed by the Riigikogu on June 16, 2005.
