Teleglobe International Holdings Ltd (NASDAQ: TLGB), a leading provider of international telecommunications services to Internet service providers, fixed and mobile network operators, today announced that Elion, the largest telecommunications and IT provider in Estonia, has doubled its IP capacity with Teleglobe to accommodate Elion's growth in its retail broadband subscriber base.
Teleglobe has provided international telecommunication services to Elion since 1990. Through its expanded relationship, Teleglobe will provide Elion with dedicated IP access to Teleglobe's robust tier 1 internet backbone, which directly connects to over 90 countries.

Dedicated international access to the Teleglobe IP backbone is available from virtually any country at bandwidth speeds from 64 Kbps to 10Gbps.
