Putin seeks border agreements with Latvia, Estonia

THE HAGUE. Nov 25 (Interfax) - Russian President Vladimir Putin has instructed his country's Foreign Ministry to draft agreements on the border with Latvia and Estonia, Sergei Yastrzhembsky, the presidential envoy on relations with the European Union, told journalists in the Hague on Thursday. Putin said during the summit "that there is a need to sign such an agreement in the near future," Yastrzhembsky said.
